
Mixed leaf
Our Mixed Leaf is a fresh, seasonal blend of salad leaves grown with care using organic, no-dig methods. Harvested by hand and packed the same day, it’s bursting with flavour, colour, and texture – perfect for salads, sandwiches, or adding a fresh touch to any meal. Each week’s mix varies depending on what’s thriving in the garden, but typically includes tender oak leaf in shades of green and red, frilly lollo rosso and lollo bionda, crisp cos and Little Gem, and juicy batavia. We also grow a rotating mix of more robust or peppery leaves like rocket, mizuna, red mustard, and baby chard, as well as delicate, seasonal additions like lamb’s lettuce, claytonia, and edible nasturtium leaves with their bright, peppery kick. Everything is grown without chemicals, harvested to order, and packed without plastic – just fresh, healthy leaves straight from the garden to your kitchen.
